​Community Conversations | WNMU
The Community Conversation "Living Arts Studio: Women's Health and Healing at Every Stage and Age" hosted by the Silver City Museum was held on October 8, 2025 in the ABC Room of the WNMU Besse Forward Global Resource Center.

Bart A. Roselli, Director of the Silver City Museum welcomed everyone and shared the Good News about the book launch of UNPACKING SILVER CITY: REVEALING THE RICH TAPESTRY OF A HISTORIC TOWN on November 15, 2025 at the Silver City Museum Courtyard from 3pm to 6pm. Special thanks to both Anna Trinidad, the Museum's Events Coordinator for organizing this Community Conversation and introducing the presenters and to Ha Chau, Technical Support, Western Institute for Lifelong Learning for sharing her expertise.
AnneLiese Nachman, Juniper Bowers and Kaya Lazzell explored the challenges women face in
prioritizing their own well-being, while also covering resilience, self-discovery, and the ongoing work of caring for family, self, and community. This program also included the story about the LIVING ARTS STUDIO and its mission to support women at every life stage. https://www.livingartsstudio.org/
AnneLiese Nachman is a self-published children’s book author, acrylic artist, muralist, mama of
two humans and one fur baby. Currently, she is working on creating a non-profit corporation that aims to support teachers of art and movement.
Juniper Bowers is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the fields of education, trauma-informed yoga, myofascial release, and self-care practices. Juniper combines a deep understanding of the body’s connection to the mind, offering advanced techniques in brain and body balance and meditation to guide those seeking balance, healing, and mindfulness.
Kaya Lazzell is an entrepreneur in the field of children's education. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology focusing on the psychology of game design, she creates gamified learning projects for multiple age groups. Her work can be found at www.secularhomeschoolsource.com.

The 2024 Mimbres Hot Springs Ranch Artisan Market on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 from 10am-4pm was a great success. Come check out this world-renowned spot known for its skilled Mimbres-style potters nestled along the Mimbres River this November.

Power & Light Press | Holiday Market
A large original painting called Whiptail Lizard sold, and numerous copies of Blue Crab in a Red Desert at the 2024 Holiday Market. Every Fall, P&LP hosts the Southwest Print Fiesta, the largest of its kind in the state!

Open Space Brewing | Art Sale!
AnneLiese’s latest painting, “Mimbres Autumn Glow” is on display at Open Space Brewing in Santa Clara, New Mexico, along with “Joshua Tree Sunset,” two Land Art installations. Alexa & Matt at OSB curate locally-sourced in-house brews, food-trucks, and events.
